My journey with yoga began over a decade ago as an exploration of the mind-body connection. What started as a way to calm my restless energy has evolved into a practice of intentional movement, breath, and inquiry—a path to feeling alive, connected, and expansive.

ParaSol is a space to foster connection, mindfulness, and vitality. A place to practice movement and mindfulness to teach us the incredible power of quieting the constant noise around us, trusting our bodies more than our rational minds, and learning to more deeply connect to ourselves.
