A place to practice movement and mindfulness to teach us the incredible power of quieting the constant noise around us, trusting our bodies more than our rational minds, and learning to more deeply connect to ourselves.
This can be done in full 60 minute flows, this can be done in a heart-opening 20 minute practice, or by sitting down for a few minutes with some good tunes and a journal.
I want each of you to choose your own path, and remember that what works for you today is different from yesterday. And when I say ‘worked’, I’m referring to anything that makes you feel lighter, more connected, a little clearer and definitely more alive. That feeling of aliveness - of space (within us and between each of us), of lightness, of clarity - is what I hope to help you find more of. All of this is designed with that in mind.
Check in and let me know how things land and what you learn. It’s not about huge breakthroughs, it’s about little shifts, changes, ways of seeing things. It’s about attuning ourselves to the beauty around us we’re usually too busy, or too caught up, to even notice. The secret to finding joy is in the finding.
About
My journey with yoga began over a decade ago as an exploration of the mind-body connection. What started as a way to calm my restless energy has evolved into a practice of intentional movement, breath, and inquiry—a path to feeling alive, connected, and expansive.
I completed my Baptiste Vinyasa 200hr training, followed by 2 Advanced 50hr Intensives, and guide a grounding, powerful practice rooted in rigorous asana and intentional pranayama. My teaching emphasizes self-awareness, creating space within, and embracing the present moment as a source of transformation.
Growing up with Colombian and Brazilian roots and living in many places, I’ve never had one ‘home’. My spiritual practice became that anchor, a practice that’s seeped into every part of my life, offering meaning, fulfillment, and a way to show up in the world with curiosity and love.
